SwitchProxy
About
SwitchProxy is an AppleScript by Christopher Soghoian. I changed the port to 8080 (eventually I'll just make every program run through one big proxy manager on port 4000). I have dressed it up with an icon from the Crystal Clear set in Wikimedia.
Requirements
Works in 10.4 (Tiger). The panels are obviously different in Leopard, so some work needs to be done in order to create a working version for 10.5.
Xcode if you want to recompile it with your own customizations.
